12 - 15 Fresh Irish Potatoes
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 small onions with green chives
3 Tbsp butter
Clean potatoes and scrape peeling if spots, dirt or damaged. Cut off damaged areas. Cut into 2 or 4 parts if potatoes are big. Boil for 20 minutes.
Place butter, onion, chives, salt and pepper into heated iron skillet and stir for 5 minutes. Place into bowl of potatoes and stir.
